Policies and Procedures
Finance Committee This link will bring you to a copy of all of FC’s policies and our constitution. It outlines all the general rules for funding requests and what we can and cannot fund. Every club should familiarize themselves with our rules before sending in a request to the Committee. Should you have any questions regarding our policies, please do not hesitate to ask.
Some General Procedures and Rules:
- FC meets Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the SAE Conference Room. See our door for a list of dates.
- In order to request funds at our meetings, you must have your 10 copies of your club’s request in the FC door no later than 5pm on Friday.
- It is in your best interest to send a representative to the FC meeting who is knowledgeable about your request and can explain clearly when asked questions by the Committee.
- You MUST have your request in TWO WEEKS before the planned event.
- If the requested item requires a contract, you MUST bring that contract with you to the FC meeting.
- Make sure you have the room reserved for your event BEFORE you request funding
